Yes. The recommended script install adds a visible “Powered by ClearLine Check” link on your page (outside the iframe), which search engines can crawl. Please keep that attribution in place.
Is this widget free to embed?
Yes. You may embed ClearLine widgets on editorial and educational websites for free. The “Powered by ClearLine Check” attribution link must remain visible.
Will the widget slow down my site?
The loader script is small and creates a single lazy-loaded iframe. The calculator runs on ClearLine’s domain, so it does not bundle into your site’s JavaScript.
Can I remove the ClearLine branding?
Not in the free embed. Attribution is required. White-label options may be offered later for partners who need unbranded widgets.
Can I match my website colours?
Yes. Choose a preset theme (neutral, sage, pink, blue, dark) and optionally set a custom background hex colour with data-bg, for example data-bg="#FFFFFF".
Does this work on WordPress?
Yes. Paste the embed snippet into a Custom HTML block (or equivalent). A dedicated WordPress plugin is not required for the iframe/script install.
